Wilkins.
Wilkins
was an
17th
Century
English
scientist.
(He is

characters

Quicksilve
r.)
Wilkins
designed a
Philosophi
cal
Language
in which
the
letters of
each
word give
not just
the sound
but also
the
specific
meaning of
the word.
