Lyris Accelerates Website Response Time by 30 Percent Using Gomez

LEXINGTON, Mass., Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Lyris, Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: LYRI.OB) , a leading marketing technology company, has improved the response time of its web page downloads by over 30 percent, since recently deploying the Gomez(R) ExperienceFirst(TM) platform.

Lyris, which provides hosted and installed software solutions for marketers, selected Gomez's on-demand web application experience management services in order to monitor and improve the online experience it delivers to over 5,000 customers.

Lyris, Inc. is using Gomez's Active Network(TM) XF, which provides website monitoring from 80+ globally-located Internet backbone nodes, together with Active Last Mile(TM) XF which enables monitoring from the end-user perspective using more than 30,000 end-user desktops at different connection speeds, ISPs, and geographies. Gomez provides Lyris with detailed charts and data that identify where performance bottlenecks lie and whether they are caused by a third party, an ISP or internal issues.
