BRISBANE, Calif., Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- ATP Aviation Regulatory and Compliance Services (ATP ARCS(TM)) announced it has acquired selected assets of AOC Services, Inc., a Missouri Corporation based in Lake Saint Louis, providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) consulting services support for air carrier fleet management, certification, and regulatory compliance. ATP ARCS(TM) is the leader in the developing field of regulatory oversight, offering the web based ICAP(TM) hosted solutions to assist with real time and fully integrated compliance, conformance and audit management services for Part 121 certificate holders.
AOC Services Inc. provides consultation for aviation operations and air carrier certificate services, management, flight operations, operational control, dispatch, airworthiness, system safety audits, risk management and regulatory compliance for airlines and fleet operations.
