Effective Control Energy LLC. uses the same base technology created by
ECN Holding LLC., but is designed specifically for use in the
utilities industry. The technology is currently targeted for use by
electric, gas and water utilities to remotely monitor, read and
securely control meters in both the residential and the commercial
industry.
