DENVER, CO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/23/13 -- Catalyst Repository Systems, Inc., a pioneer in cloud-based document repositories for e-discovery and other complex legal matters, today announced that it will be releasing Insight Predict, its advanced integrated predictive coding technology, at LegalTech® New York, January 29-31, 2013. The company is also releasing enhancements to its cloud-based e-discovery review platform, Insight, that improve efficiencies and case management. Catalyst will be showcasing Catalyst Insight Predict and Insight at Booth #2401-2403.
"The latest enhancements to Insight are designed to help law firms and corporations make substantial improvements in risk mitigation, time efficiency and cost reduction," said John Tredennick, CEO of Catalyst. "We are also excited to preview Insight Predict, a new technology that eliminates the need to transfer data to and from Catalyst Insight prior to document review. Unlike other predictive coding applications, Insight Predict allows documents to be added to the review platform on a rolling basis."
Insight is the first e-discovery platform in the industry built with XML technology, enabling it to combine metadata, tags and text in a unified, searchable data store. New industry-leading features in Insight enable significant administrative, review and storage efficiencies, including:
- The e-discovery industry's first true multi-matter, single-instance document repository where documents that may be relevant to multiple cases or investigations are stored only once, and tagged for relevance, privilege, confidentiality and by issue so that they can be made available for future matters. Clients no longer need to replicate thousands or millions of documents in separate repositories or tag documents multiple times, thereby avoiding significant additional storage and review costs.
- The e-discovery industry's first full administrative control in the cloud for law firms, corporations and service partners. Clients can automatically upload documents, process data, run searches, conduct predictive coding and early case assessments, review visual analytics, review documents and create production files -- all on their own. Catalyst also offers managed services to assist clients throughout the process.
- Integrated predictive coding with Insight Predict, which employs contextual diversity sampling and other statistical techniques to allow users to add data on a rolling basis without disrupting the predictive coding process. Unlike most predictive coding applications available today, Insight Predict ranks the entire document population based on seed sets provided by expert training and by the system's artificial intelligence.
