LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/15/12 -- RPost, the inventor of Registered Email® track, prove, sign and encrypt technology, announces its 2012 comprehensive service upgrade. This upgrade builds upon RPost patented technologies and is the most robust Cloud SaaS (software as a service) platform for secure high value messaging and document delivery services. RPost now provides these technologies either as a service or as licensed variants.
"Many of our users requiring proof of delivery for their high value messages and documents have been relying on RPost's Registered Email service receipts for many years. We have seen a dichotomy of needs among our use base -- a simple integrated, feature rich user experience for our small business customers, and, customized configured deployments with automation and integration for our enterprise customers," states RPost CEO Zafar Khan. "This comprehensive service upgrade effectively addresses both markets."
The RPost system upgrade includes the following with further details available in the RPost Blogs.
1. Track & Prove:
Messaging Analytics and Advanced Reporting. Send to lists with no minimum volumes and no monthly recipient address commitments. Returns advanced delivery analytics and records for later authentication on demand, or court-admissible proof. Read Blog to learn more.
2. Security:
Policy and Content-Based Encryption. Policy-based and content filtering triggers secure delivery routing with encryption, using Clearswift, Sendmail, or other messaging appliances.
Secure Large File Transfer: Detects attachment size to accommodate messages up to 200 MB by default; or higher by customer request, for transmission with file encryption and/or delivery proof options using RPost APIs, RMail web user interface, Outlook or Salesforce.com apps.
3. Signatures:
PDF Forms Fill, Sign, and Data Extract Automation: Captures authenticated legal electronic signatures and returns with the signed PDF an appended XML file containing the data extracted from within the PDF form. Download datasheet.
4. Apps, Automation & Integration:
Outlook: New configuration options for unique enterprise deployments and auto-detection of message size with re-routing for large file transfer. Read Blog to learn more.
RMail Web App: Now includes separate tabs for message tracking, encryption, electronic signatures, and secure large file transfer, with the future ability to add additional unique services for partner brands. Try RMail web-based service with your existing email account now.
Salesforce App: Includes email and document proof, tracking, encryption, e-signatures, and meta-data document cleaning, sending from org wide addresses, delivery proof receipts, and returned signed contracts. Download datasheet.
Enterprise APIs: Now permits access for service providers to send on behalf of their senders with aggregate and advanced reporting. Read about RPost integration.
RPost App for Document Output Management Systems: Configured for SAP by default, and configurable for other output management systems. Generates a PDF-output file containing the documents to be batch transmitted, determines sending actions, and routes via the RPost Cloud for processing, with records and reports returned to the sender and import into dashboards.
iOS and Android Mobile App: Adds encryption and additional electronic signature options for tablets. View and install RPost's mobile tablet apps for iPad and Android.
Distributor and Reseller Online Provisioning System: Now permits distributors, integrators, and resellers to provision new customers and set preferences using an online system. Read about RPost partner programs.
5. Patents:
RPost has also been granted 11 new patents in 2012, protecting its electronic messaging and signature innovations. These patents cover technologies to track opening, forwarding, delivery, and delivery failure; prove content and time of successful delivery; record acceptance of offers sent by email, message routing, authentication and encryption.
