“The XML invasion is a worldwide phenomenon as Web services and SOA take hold as a vital business initiative,” said Glenn Osaka, president and CEO of Reactivity. “Our new relationship with Systemation helps fulfill widespread demand for Reactivity XML Gateways outside of North America.”
Reactivity Gateways enforce XML Web services messaging policies and secure XML traffic. Reactivity Gateways can defend against XML-based threats, deliver any-to-any XML Web services interoperability with wirespeed XML processing and acceleration. The centralized definition, enforcement and management of security and operational policies establish new levels of trust among applications, and help ensure compliance with privacy and data protection laws. Reactivity’s dedicated appliances improve network and application throughput, and enable an organization’s existing operations staff to operate and maintain clusters of appliances across geographically distributed data centers for maximum operational scalability.
“Reactivity Gateways are at the core of today’s application initiatives, delivering rapid returns and benefits from broad XML-based Web services initiatives,” said Jaap Franse member of the board of directors of Systemation. “With the addition of Reactivity Gateways, we’ve made it very easy for Systemation customers to secure, accelerate, and integrate their XML-based SOA and Web services initiatives.”
This partnership further expands upon the successes of Reactivity’s family of Gateway products. Reactivity’s XML Security Gateway received a SearchWebServices.com “Product of the Year” Award and Software Development’s Jolt Productivity Award in the Security Tools category. Reactivity was also among the companies named into the elite corps of the Red Herring and AlwaysOn™ 100 Top Private Companies.
